Who we are
This site is run by Metacortex Technologies S.L. (NIF B01769108), Calle Rodríguez Arias 17, 2º, 48011 Bilbao (Bizkaia), Spain. Contact us at hello@notakeout.app. Full company details are in the legal notice.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email and, if you choose to answer, how often you order takeout. We use them only to email you when No Takeout launches. Our legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it any time.
Analytics
We count page visits and calculator use with PostHog (EU servers), without cookies and without recording sessions. We never send your email to analytics.
Who processes it
Supabase stores the waitlist (EU region) and Vercel hosts the site. We don’t sell or share your data.
How long we keep it
Until we email you about the launch and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@notakeout.app. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
